Viable relationships with the leading African broadcasting organisations and corporations are already in place. These include the Southern African Broadcasting Association (SABA) and the Union of Radio and Television Organisations of Africa (URTNA).

ABN will secure programme distribution and airtime sales contracts with broadcasters in up to 37 African countries in collaboration with SABA and URTNA.

ABN’s intended roll-out plans are as follows.
Phase One
First, ABN will focus on developing regional programme distribution and airtime sales hubs in Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Zambia and Nigeria. Operations in Nigeria will be expanded to encompass Federal State broadcasters in Eastern, Northern, and South-Western regions. The company will roll out into other English-speaking territories within six months of full launch
Phase Two
Second, ABN will extend its reach to Angola, Botswana, Cameroon, Congo Democratic Republic, Ethiopia, the Gambia, Lesotho, Liberia, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Southern Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zimbabwe. ABN will also approach broadcasters in Djibouti, Eritrea and Somalia.
Phase Three
Third, ABN will consolidate a partnering relationship with an Abidjan and Paris-based programme bartering operator, who has already been approached and with whom we have established an in-principle agreement, to long-term collaboration. ABN will work with its sub-contracted partner to roll out into Francophone Sub-Saharan Africa including: Benin, Burkina Faso, Equatorial Gabon, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Ivory Coast, Madagascar, Mali, Niger, and Senegal.
